Digital Products
The Tint of Time e-book is a digital product delivered electronically via a download link or email. Because access is provided immediately after purchase, we generally do not offer refunds once the delivery has started or the file has been accessed.

Worldwide Policy
This Refund Policy applies to all customers worldwide. Additional consumer rights may apply depending on your specific country or region.

EU/EEA Right of Withdrawal
If you are a consumer in the EU or EEA and request immediate access to our digital content, you expressly consent to immediate delivery and acknowledge that your statutory 14-day right of withdrawal is waived once the download or delivery has begun.

Exceptions
We want you to be satisfied with your experience. We may, at our discretion, offer a refund within 14 days of purchase in the following cases:

The digital file is corrupt or technically defective, and we are unable to provide a working replacement.

You have accidentally purchased the same product more than once using the same account.

Delivery Issues
If you have not received your delivery email or cannot access the download link, please contact us immediately. We will ensure you receive access to your purchase as quickly as possible.

Merchant of Record
All orders and payments for Tint of Time are processed by Gumroad, our Merchant of Record and distribution platform.

To request a refund, please contact us with your order ID and a brief description of the issue. We strive to respond to all inquiries within 1 to 2 business days.
